Astrophysical Synthesis & Habitability Characterization

TOI-7389 b is a confirmed super-earth exoplanet orbiting the star TOI-7389, located approximately 328.4 light-years (100.68 parsecs) from the Solar System. First announced in 2026 by Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS) using the Transit detection technique (producing an estimated primary transit depth of 0.0113% across the stellar disk), this world measures 1.35 Earth radii and has a measured mass of 2.39 Earth masses. Combining its mass and radius yields a mean bulk density of 5.36 g/cm³ (a terrestrial silicate-iron composition comparable to Earth (5.51 g/cm³)), a surface gravity of 1.31 g⊕ (12.85 m/s²), and an escape velocity of 14.9 km/s.

In its orbital architecture around TOI-7389, TOI-7389 b completes one full revolution every 26.345 Earth days. The orbit is modeled as circular (e = 0.00), maintaining a constant stellar distance throughout its year.

⚠️ Thermal Regime (Irradiated / Hot Zone): At an equilibrium temperature of 1093 K (+820°C / +1508°F) and receiving 237.78 S⊕ (~323,619 W/m²), TOI-7389 b orbits interior to the runaway greenhouse boundary where surface liquid water cannot persist.

The host star TOI-7389 is classified as a stellar host with an effective photospheric temperature of 5,895 K, a radius of 1.1626 R☉, a mass of 1.07 M☉, an estimated bolometric luminosity of 1.464 L☉. From Earth, TOI-7389 shines at apparent V-band magnitude 9.368 (accessible to binoculars and small amateur telescopes) in the Northern celestial hemisphere.
